History 101

Netflix Original, History 101,  saw Moonraker teaming up with ITN Productions to produce a new type of history show for a new type of audience: Big History delivered in an unadulterated hit of premium archive and jaw-dropping infographics.

History 101 dives into a diverse range of subjects, from Robots to HIV/AIDs to Nuclear Power. The series takes viewers on an  historical journey through unique archive footage blended with Moonraker’s bold and playful animations, to tell a human history of society.

Moonraker were tasked with bringing a unique stylistic coherence to the show which was impossible to achieve with archival footage alone. This was delivered through playful animations which break down relevant historical facts and information to the audience in an engaging and humorous manner.
